Because all of this was made by the tools that nature made, generated, created, and maintains.
And so RATIONAL CULTURE clarifies, with basis and logic, the entire formation of the Universe and its creation down to the smallest detail. There are no mysteries, no enigmas, because it is a culture of a World Superior to ours, which is the RATIONAL WORLD, the true world of the animal of Rational Origin.
In this culture, of the extraterrestrials, of the SUPERIOR RATIONAL, they find the solutions to everything from beginning to end, completely defined. It is a complete Work because it has basis and logic. The true Knowledge of peace, love, and fraternity, where they will find Universal Concord.
